Kaleigh Atkinson is an artist, yoga and meditation instructor and student of Ayurveda. She began her yoga journey at 17 years old discovering Ashtanga Yoga which led her to travel the world and dive into the practice of the 8 yogic limbs.
She’s struggled with mental health and disordered eating without shame and chooses to implement radical self-acceptance in body and mind, which comes into play in each class you take with Kaleigh.
