Tyler is a movement and sport enthusiast who strives to help those around him achieve a level of fitness that can be applied not only in a functional way, but also a playful and competitive manner. After growing up on team sports, he came to appreciate lifestyle activities like yoga, natural movement, and martial arts while jumping into a dedicated Parkour practice. Tyler holds a Level 2 Parkour coaching certification from ADAPT (Art du Deplacement And Parkour Teaching) Qualifications and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
