Sherie Drees is a fitness and outdoors enthusiast, an artist and art instructor, and a wife and mother of twin boys. She enjoys biking, whitewater kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, and skiing. She has competed in 5k's, the Tough Mudder and triathlons. Both wellness and art have been priorities throughout her life. After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2015, yoga was instrumental in her physical and mental recovery. Yoga was so empowering and transformative for her that she earned bnher 200hr Yoga Alliance certification and is working toward her 500hr certification. Sherie has over 10 years of instructor experience with certifications through AFAA as well as Monkey Bar Gym (Certified Natural Trainer 1 & 2). She has a BFA in Painting & Drawing and a Masters in Art Education. When Sherie isn’t doing yoga, training, or teaching art you can find her creating art and making custom designed mala necklaces. Sherie is creative and passionate in her commitment to helping others discover their own mind/body connection while reaching and exceeding fitness goals.
