Hey! I'm Kellen and I'm all about play, self-care, and making health & fitness a sustainable way of life. I combine a background in counseling psychology with my lifelong passion for movement to promote a holistic approach.
My Soul classes focus on building strength & mobility though creative bodyweight movements and kettlebells. My aim is to create a space that allows students to go beyond traditional exercise and explore movement in a more personal & playful way.
I believe that by building a better relationship with your body, you can take charge of your health, stay pain-free, and move well for a lifetime. I look forward to seeing you in class!
