Kat offers a very intuitive, mindful, and purposeful yoga practice. She has a passion for helping others heal themselves using their own bodies to do so. Kat loves to work with people one on one, as well as group classes to customize their practice to any specific needs that day. She has the ability to read the room to incorporate poses for both opening, and building strength. Meditation is a key part of her practice, as well as creating connection and community in her classes. Kat completed her 200-hour teacher training at Core Essence Yoga back in 2016 with Shayna Broadwell and Ali Lindemann. Currently, Kat is in school working on her degree to be a physical therapy assistant.
