I began practicing yoga in 2011 to address the physical and mental strain of working in the beauty industry full-time. My practice has taught me patience, persistence and created space for my curiosity and self-love to expand. Over the years I’ve experimented with different styles but I always go back to the adaptability and free form of vinyasa flow. I completed my 200-hr CYT training at Satya Life School of Yoga in December 2019. My teaching style offers alignment focused cues and modifications for all body types and skill levels. My goal is to help students find a balance of strength and flexibility in their bodies and minds. When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me cutting hair, riding my bicycle, and playing with my two dogs, Pippin and Ponyboy!
