In this class expect to get a full body workout. We'll focus on different compound strength and conditioning exercises while teaching you proper form and technique to ensure each participants knows what they're doing. Expect to experiment with some skills, too. Progressions and regressions will always be offered.
In this 45 minute mat class you will experience a classical Pilates mat sequence that will strengthen and stretch your body from your center/powerhouse out. Originally named “Contrology” you will learn to move through exercises created to transform the body and mind with the Pilates principles of; concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision and flowing movement.
All levels are welcome. We'll start with mobility to prep your body to handstand and then experiment with various different drills to help you work towards finding your balance and float. Expect to do core and flexibility work too.

This class will focus on learning the skills and strengthening the body for the basics of human natural human movement patterns; like running, jumping, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching!
In this class we'll work on fundemental exercises to strengthen the core to help increase flexibility and mobility within the body. Expect a variety of different movement ranging in skill level.
This class will focus on working with natural movements to strengthen the body. You will move through cardio and strength patterns that utilize multiple muscle groups to enhance flexibility and overall strength. From pushing, pulling, lunging, squatting, twisting, jumping you will begin to improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance.
In Punch and Play we will learn the basics in combative movements through these dynamic activities. We will build coordination, speed and agility as well as build endurance and improve reflexes. Please be sure to bring a set of boxing gloves, or we will have them for purchase if you do not have your own!
The classes varies widely from each time expect to explore a variety of yoga poses! The goal is to provide challenge with a strength-based flow.
All levels welcome for this 75 min vinyasa yoga style class. Expect to experience with different sequences as you move through each breath with movement.
**Express Vinyasa Yoga Also Offered**
Yin and Yang is a blend of two opposite styles of yoga into one practice. This class consists of two parts; Yin and Yang. The first portion begins with Yang or a more active flow to get the blood flowing, build strength, and expand the breath. The second portion is focused on Yin, where we hold passive seated postures for 3-5 minutes on each side. Yin yoga allows us to gently open the deep/dense connective tissues and joints in the body. Then we end with savasana, a few minutes of silent meditation for the body and mind to process everything from your day.
A slow meditative class to ease into your evening focusing inward and releasing fully into the postures . The practice will guide you through longer held floor based poses (3-5 minutes) that target the deep connective tissue of the body - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia. You will stretch and lengthen the connective tissue, increase flexibility, and boost circulation while drawing an awareness internally towards the breath and the mind. The poses will activate the body's parasympathetic nervous system helping to reverse the effects of stress and cultivate relaxation and ease within the body.
